Sustainability is the better way of living believing in this we have built a campus which follows sustainability in and out. The campus is designed to enhance the conscious way of living by reducing the carbon footprint in the day to day activities. Students when they enter the campus they can learn sustainable living by observing and experiencing it in the campus. The electricity on the campus is generated by the solar energy. We have a compostable pit where the awareness is created regarding the composting and the benefits of it.
Eco-friendly environment creates the brighter and greener future for the coming generations. The principles of Eco-friendly living are imbibed into the minds of the students so that they understand the importance of it and start making conscious choices of living for the better future. We also promote the 3 R’s Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle by which the students understand the essence of reusability and reduce the usage of plastic as much as possible.
The education is imparted not only in the classrooms of CIS but also beyond it. Students experience the Mother Nature from the serene and safe environment which is full of greenery surrounding the whole campus. It holds an eco-system in itself where there are various birds, butterflies etc., students can nourish and cherish in this green environment.
We also have a unique Science park on the campus. For carrying out any kind of science exhibits and open gallery etc., the campus also has an open amphitheatre where students can enjoy the plays, events and the art gallery sitting in the middle of the nature.
