Students consider their teachers as role models who help them built their careers. Understanding this concept the CIS School attributes to the career growth of the teacher by providing them the feedback, that will help them improvise their teaching methods to meet the teaching standards at CIS School. The improvisation is then assessed by the Committee at CIS and the teachers are not only supported with the appraisal but also are promoted to the next levels at CIS.
